Imagine soaking in an outdoor bath while snowflakes dance around you. The warm, modern onsen coupled with a fantastic seven-course dinner turned a simple stay into a amazing culinary experience.

Despite the beautiful surroundings, the awkward restroom design made dressing cumbersome, and the hotel's isolation limits dining options unless you have a car.

booked a room with stunning views over the lake and the hills. the staff were customer-facing and very amiable and the location was stunning to the nearest restaurant. plus, it was right by the lake, a bus from toya mizunoeki bus stop and the town center and train station.

The King Room with Lake View was super cozy and stylish. We loved the clean design and small balcony that offered a nice view of the lake. The onsen was fantastic after a long day, and the dinner was very tasty. The restroom was a bit awkward without enough hooks, made storing clothes a hassle.

friendly staff

It was just a perfect match for a weekend stopover in Toyako with very good value for money. The friendly older gentleman at the small desk made check-in easy and cute. Make sure to bring snacks since nearby food options are minimal after dark.

We truly enjoyed the rooms with an outdoor bath. The staff were very amiable and top-class, just what we wanted. The hotel is set in a remote area, not far from Toya Mizunoeki bus stop, the restaurant, town center, and train station.
